We do our best to present product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding on us.

Prices and payments

All prices are stated in euros including VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made in full before shipping takes place.

Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not give any right to compensation.

Liability

Fruit Fly Ninja B.V. is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by incorrect use of products.

Intellectual property

All content on this webshop, including texts, images, and logos, remains the property of Fruit Fly Ninja B.V. and may not be used without permission.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
