1. Who we are

Super Ninja is a trading name of Fruit Fly Ninja B.V., Wijdstraat 1 b, 2801 KA Gouda, Netherlands. Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 67964664, VAT number NL857245090B01. Email service@superninja.eco, phone +31 10 261 39 09.

2. When do these terms apply?

These terms apply to every order in our online shop. You can read and save them before you order.

3. Offer and product information

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer, such as a clearly incorrect price, are not binding on us.

4. How is the contract formed?

The contract is formed when you complete your order. You will then receive a confirmation by email.

5. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT and are in the currency of your country (euro or pound sterling). You see the delivery costs before you complete your order. You pay when ordering, using one of the payment methods at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed in our delivery policy. We deliver as quickly as possible and within 30 days at the latest, unless we agree otherwise with you. If we cannot, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. The risk of loss or damage stays with us until the parcel has been delivered to you.

7. Right to cancel

You have 14 days to change your mind. How this works, and which exceptions apply, is explained in our returns policy.

8. Your statutory rights

You are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract: it must do what you can reasonably expect of it. If it does not, please let us know as soon as possible. We will repair, replace or refund it. These statutory rights cannot be limited.

9. Using our products

Use our products in line with the label and the instructions for use. Some of our products are biocides. Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email service@superninja.eco. We will acknowledge your complaint and respond within 14 days with a full answer or a date by which you can expect one.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by using a product contrary to the label or the instructions for use. This limitation does not apply in the case of intent or gross negligence on our part and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

13. Intellectual property

All texts, images, logos and designs in this online shop belong to Fruit Fly Ninja B.V. and may not be used without our written permission.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms and your order are governed by Dutch law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can bring it before the competent court in the Netherlands or in the country where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Your order is governed by the terms that applied at the time you placed it.
