Where do we deliver?

To the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

When do we dispatch your order?

Orders in the United Kingdom are dispatched on working days from our UK warehouse. Orders in the EU placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 9 pm Dutch time are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Where from, and with which carrier?

UK orders are sent from our warehouse in the United Kingdom with Royal Mail Tracked, so there are no import charges. EU orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands: with PostNL to the Netherlands and Belgium, and with DHL to Germany, France, Italy and Spain.

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom: 1 to 2 working days
Netherlands and Belgium: ordered on a working day before 9 pm Dutch time, delivered the next day
Germany: 1 to 2 working days
France, Italy and Spain: 3 to 5 working days

Delivery times start from dispatch. Occasionally a carrier runs late, for example around public holidays.

How much is delivery?

In the United Kingdom delivery costs £3.95 per order, in the EU €3.95. Delivery is free from £49.95 (in the EU from €49.95). You always see the delivery cost at checkout, before you place your order.

Can you track your parcel?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Damaged or not arrived?

Until your parcel is delivered, it is our responsibility. If your parcel is damaged, or has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please let us know as soon as possible at service@superninja.eco. We will sort it out with the carrier and send you a new product or refund you.

Check your address

Please check your address carefully when ordering. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong, we will contact you about sending it again.
