Fruit flies in the kitchen, moths in the wardrobe, silverfish in the bathroom: every insect has its own habits, which is why one product won't work against all of them. Fruit flies follow the smell of fermenting fruit, clothes moths the pheromone of the female, fungus gnats the colour yellow, and silverfish a bait inside a trap they crawl into.

Do I have fruit flies or fungus gnats, and which trap do I need?
Look at where they are. Fruit flies gather around fruit, the bin and the sink; catch them with the fruit fly trap. Small black gnats rising from damp potting soil in your houseplants are fungus gnats; the yellow sticky traps work against those, because the fruit fly trap does not catch them. Not sure? How many traps do I need?
That depends on the pest and the room. One fruit fly trap covers about 30 m³, roughly a kitchen of 12 m². If the flies are in more than one spot, for example by the fruit bowl and by the bin, put a trap in each spot. Not sure? Email service@superninja.eco.
How quickly will I see results?
It differs per pest. In an independent test, the fruit fly trap caught 84.9% of fruit flies within 24 hours (SAGEA, 2021). The clothes moth trap caught 80 to 90% within 96 hours (SAGEA).
How long does a trap last?
The fruit fly trap lasts up to 3 weeks, the pantry moth trap up to 3 months. How long each product lasts is shown on the product page and on the packaging.
How do Super Ninja traps work?
They use what attracts the insect: a lure, a pheromone or a colour. The insect is drawn in and stays in the trap or on the sticky surface. Some of our products are authorised biocides, such as the fruit fly trap; the authorisation number is on the product page and on the label.

Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it, even if there's nothing wrong with the product. You send it back at your own cost and we refund you within 14 days. All conditions are in our returns policy.
