Refund policy

Returns and right of withdrawal

At Fruit Fly Ninja B.V. you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. After we receive the returned product, you will be refunded the full order amount including standard shipping costs.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return: the product must, where reasonably possible, be returned in its original condition and packaging. Products may only have been assessed as you would in a physical store. Any reduction in value due to use beyond what is necessary may be charged.

Exceptions to returns

Returns are not possible for: products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken; personalised or custom-made products; products with a limited shelf life; digital products or downloads if delivery has started with the customer's consent.

Cost of return shipping

The cost of returning products is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method used to place the order.
