How to Leave a Review for Your Order on TikTok Shop (USA)

Thank you so much for your purchase! If you’d like to leave a review, here’s how you can do it in just a few quick steps:

1. Open the TikTok App
   Make sure you are logged into the same account you used to place your order.

2. Go to “Profile”
   Tap the Profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

3. Access Your Orders
   On your profile page, tap the three lines (≡) at the top right to open the menu, then select "Orders".

4. Find the Product You Want to Review
   Under "Orders," choose "Completed" to see your delivered orders.

5. Leave a Review

   • Find the product you’d like to review.

   • Tap on "Leave a Review" or "Review" (this button shows once the order is marked as delivered).

   • Give your star rating, write your feedback, and feel free to upload photos or videos if you’d like!
