Products are sold through our TikTok Shop storefront. By placing an order, you also agree to TikTok Shop's own terms of service in addition to these Terms. In case of conflict between TikTok Shop's terms and these Terms regarding the purchase mechanics, TikTok Shop's terms apply; for everything else (including our customer service practices, SMS communications, and warranties), these Terms apply.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but colors, sizes, and other details may vary slightly from images. Product availability is not guaranteed.
All prices are shown in US dollars on our TikTok Shop US storefront. Payment is processed by TikTok Shop's payment systems. We are not responsible for any payment processing fees charged by your card issuer or bank.
We ship from Oklahoma to addresses in the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We may proactively issue refunds in response to product feedback, including but not limited to reviews indicating dissatisfaction. Issuance of a refund is at our discretion and does not constitute admission of liability or a guarantee of future refunds in similar circumstances. Due to a lack of sustainable pest control products and as a result of his own frustrations, in 2014, our founder Ferdinand developed our first product: the Fruit Fly Ninja.
While he was trapped at home with a knee injury - surrounded by fruit flies – he discovered how natural ingredients can be just as effective as chemical ones. Especially when combined into an innovative product design.
