- Communications: messages you send us via SMS, email, or TikTok Shop messaging, and our responses
- Review and feedback data: product ratings and reviews you submit on TikTok Shop
- Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, when you visit our website (via cookies, see Section 9)

5. SMS Communications
What we send. When you complete a purchase on our TikTok Shop storefront, you provide a mobile phone number as part of your order. We may use that phone number to send you SMS text messages related to your order, including: order and shipping confirmations, delivery updates, follow-up on product reviews you have submitted, refund or return notifications, and responses to customer service inquiries you initiate. These messages are transactional and service-related. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS on this channel.
Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per order.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. We do not charge you for receiving our messages.
Opt-out. You can opt out of all SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS from us. To opt back in, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email support@superninja.eco.
Carrier and delivery. We use a third-party messaging provider (Bird) to deliver SMS. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
Data sharing for SMS. Your phone number is shared with our messaging provider solely for the purpose of delivering these service messages. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention. We retain SMS conversation records for 24 months for customer service quality, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
6. Who we share your information with
We share your information only with:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: TikTok Shop (the platform you purchased on), our shipping carriers, payment processors, our SMS provider (Bird), and our IT and analytics providers
- Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights
- Successors in the event of a business sale, merger, or acquisition
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. International transfers
As a company based in Netherlands serving customers in the United States and elsewhere, your data may be transferred outside your country of residence.
